Our talented centre teams consist of Early Childhood Educators, Cooks, Cleaners, Directors, Teachers, Educational Leaders, Assistant Directors, Quality Mentors and Assistant Directors in training, Sports Educators, and a Maintenance Officer. The centres are supported by our hard working Head Office staff who include the Founder/ Managing Director/ CEO, Head of People, Culture and Operations, Financial Controller, People and Culture Manager, Work, Health and Safety Officer, Finance/ Accounts Payable Officer, Finance/ Debtors/ Payroll Officer, Brand Ambassador, and Admin Support Staff.
All our staff are qualified to do their roles, which may include a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent and every member of our team, including Head Office and Management, have a current DCSI / DHS or Working With Children Check (WWCC) Clearance.
